Assessment of theoretical knowledge and practical skills. Exam date(s) will be announced during the course.

o Theoretical knowledge and practical experiences in white water kayaking and canoeing
o Introduction to skills subject to training science and body mechanics
o Knowledge in safety equipment, awareness to hazards, accident prevention and exercising rescue procedures
o Impact of canoeing to environment and nature
o Introduction to skills subject to training science and body mechanics
