Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

By means of current tasks in the sport sector the students conceive and plan projects in project teams and occupy themselves with: the subject conception; the structure, performance and evaluation of projects; task and procedure of methods in project planning and project regulation.

Assessment and permitted materials

Lecture with immanent test character:
- generate short written and oral articles
- disposal of a project concept including project planning for a concrete question concerning are of sport.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

The students have thorough knowledge of structure, implementation and evaluation of projects. They have thorough knowledge of central project management subject areas and also of quality management and controlling in projects. They have enlarged professional competence in project management and solutions for questions concerning project management respectively decision-making and responsibility.

The students designed and planned a concrete project. They reflected their experience and connected them to the theory.

Examination topics

Student-centered lecture with exercises using multimedia-based learning aid including stages of reflection and feedback.
