Aims, contents and method of the course

AIMS
The students designed and planned a concrete program. They reflected their experience and connected them to the theory. They can explain problems in the realisation and evaluation of programms and can describe the most important points in the field of networking.

TOPICS
By means of current tasks in the sport sector the students conceive and plan programs and occupy themselves with the subjects: conception, structure, performance, evaluation of programs and the basics of networking.

Assessment and permitted materials

Course with immanent examination character:
- Short written contributions
- Submission of a programme concept

Value:
Concept 40%, short contributions 60%

The entire performance by students must be completed by 30 April at the latest in the case of courses subject to examinations in the winter semester, and by 30 September at the latest in the case of courses subject to examinations in the summer semester. Students who have not deregistered from the course in question. Students who have not deregistered from the course in question are to be assessed. In the case of a negative assessment, a board examination is inadmissible and the course must be repeated. Legal source: Statutes of the University of Vienna §10 (4, 5, 6).

You are expressly informed that if you are found to have cheated (e.g.: copying, plagiarism, use of unauthorised aids, falsification, ghostwriting, etc.) the entire PI-LV will be considered cheated and will count as a citation. (Entry in U:SPACE: X = not assessed).

Examination topics

Students are able to design a program of moderate complexity according to the basic rules of program and network management. They will be able to explain the main points to be observed in the implementation of the programme and the corresponding evaluation measures.
