Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
The seminar is aimed at doctoral candidates whose dissertation topic is in public law. In this seminar, they will have the opportunity to present, discuss and improve their dissertation project. For this purpose, they will submit the draft of a dissertation exposé, present the central research questions and theses in a short presentation, and explain their project in the discussion.
Assessment and permitted materials
The presentations, participation in the discussion and the submitted exposé drafts will be assessed. All aids are permitted. The use of AI tools is permitted, but it must be stated in the written work that this aid has been used.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
The originality of the proposed subject, the state of development of the project, the quality of the presentation and participation in the discussion will equally contribute to the final mark.
Examination topics
With the chosen topic, the students also specify the material to be mastered by them.
