Studierende sollen erlernen, höchstgerichtliche Entscheidungen zu analysieren, wesentliche Entscheidungslinien herauszuarbeiten und Judikaturlinien zu erkennen.

Leistungen aus allen zwei Teilbereichen sind notwendig, um eine positive Note zu erreichen (ein positives Referat, mindestens drei positive Mitarbeitsleistungen).
