Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

This seminar will cover pending issues of IT- and IP-Law and primarily focuses on students who plan to write or are writing a PHD-thesis in the field. A list of possible topics will be presented on the first meeting; students' proposals of topics are possible.

Assessment and permitted materials

Oral presentation and subsequent discussion.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Meeting scientific standards, active participation in discussion.
