Aims, contents and method of the course
This online only seminar will cover current problems in IT-Law. It is specifically useful for the presentation of upcoming or running PhD-projects.
Assessment and permitted materials
Short paper, long paper, oral presentation and subsequent discussion.

Meeting scientific standards, active participation in discussion.
