Themen aus dem Unternehmens- und Wirtschaftsrecht.
Wissenschaftliche Beschäftigung mit speziellen Problemen des Faches Unternehmens- und Wirtschaftsrecht. Förderung des Diskurses im Kreis der DissertantInnen.
Abfassung einer Seminararbeit und Referat mit anschließender Diskussion.
