Die Präsentationen finden daher nur am Mittwoch, den 19.01.2022 von 09:00-17:00 Uhr statt (nach derzeitigem Stand in Präsenz).

Aims, contents and method of the course

Themen aus dem Unternehmens- und Wirtschaftsrecht.
Wissenschaftliche Beschäftigung mit speziellen Problemen des Faches Unternehmens- und Wirtschaftsrecht. Förderung des Diskurses im Kreis der Dissertant*innen.

Abfassung einer Seminararbeit und Referat mit anschließender Diskussion.

Assessment and permitted materials

Mündliches Referat; schriftliche Seminararbeit; Mitarbeit durch Diskussionsbeiträge; Anwesenheitspflicht.
