Aims, contents and method of the course

This seminar ist concernet with recent national as well as international developments in civil procedure law, primarily focused on legislation and case law. It is aimed at deeping attendees` knowledge in the field of civil procedure law. The participants are to give a presentation, furthermore to compose a paper on there results.
