Aims, contents and method of the course
Assessment and permitted materials
The assessment is based on the
- written seminar paper;
- Presentation of the seminar paper;
- Participation in the discussion.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
The continuous attendance at all dates is obligatory!
Prerequisite for students at the Faculty of Business and Economics: the faculty-public presentation of the dissertation project must already have taken place.The written seminar paper will be assessed according to the usual criteria (min. 50,000 characters ~ 25 pages, compliance with good scientific practice). The thesis has to deal with current and relevant issues in the fields of corporate and private law.
During the presentation (approx. 15 minutes) the main theses of the seminar paper are presented.
