Aims, contents and method of the course

Interactive course where the topics will be chosen with input by the students. Presentation of research-related journal papers, chapters from books and of ongoing work. Discussion of all topics.

Assessment and permitted materials

Presentation, discussion and presence.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

For the grading points can be acchieved in 3 ways. 1) One or more presentations. 2) Active discussion. 3) Presence in class.

Grading:
1) 1 presentation (90 minutes) gives a maximum of 10 points.
2) Active discussion in one session of the course gives 2 points.
3) Presence in one session of the course gives 1 point.
Notenschlüssel:
>= 17 Punkte: genügend (4)
>= 21 Punkte: befriedigend (3)
>= 25 Punkte: gut (2)
>= 29 Punkte: sehr gut (1)
