Aims, contents and method of the course

Recent advances in Optimization - nonconvex models under uncertainty with a focus on chance (probability) constraints.

Format is Seminar with discussion of selected papers from recent literature (published or from repositories)

Assessment and permitted materials

Depending on the students' preferences, papers to be discussed will be agreed upon by participants; These articles shall be presented by students in one of the sessions, which will be complemented by presentation by professor.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

active participation throughout the seminar: presenting and discussing other presentations as well.
