Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Participants are expected having moved into the second quarter of their doctoral/PhD project which should primarily be based on ethnographic fieldwork. Based on your own project overview in the beginning, you will then be asked to choose a particular set of recent texts focusing on one or the other among a limited group of ethnographic procedures. They will range from participant observation strictu sensu to language analysis in the field, as seen by linguistic anthropology, to certain methods of visual and of experimental fieldwork.
