Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

The main purpose of the event is the exchange of PhDs and supervisors involved in the Schwerpunkt 'Art History and Visual Culture' of the Faculty's Doctoral School (https://shcs.univie.ac.at) and the presentation of dissertation projects. PhDs who are not part of the Schwerpunkt are welcome to attend.
The focus of the blocked event in July is on project presentations and their discussion. For the dates in March and April a program will be proposed after consultation with the PhDs.

Presentations of PhD Projects

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

A grade and ECTS credits will be assigned for the project presentations. The evaluation will be based on consultation with the supervisors. The (occasional) assumption of other contributions (such as moderation and responses) as well as participation in the joint discussion is expected.
