Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

This course aims to give an overview of research done by students at the Faculty of Physics as well as offer a place to connect with students from other groups and refine your presentation skills. After an introduction on presentation skills in the first unit, students will give weekly talks on challenges they are facing in their field and how to overcome them. Individual feedback will be given for each presentation.

This course is open to students from all areas of physics (theoretical, computational or experimental) and to both PhD and MSc students. PhD students are expected to present their own project while MSc students’ talks should provide an introduction (scientific background) to the following PhD students’ talk. All presentations will be done in English.
