Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

The seminar includes lectures and discussion about environmental crises in Earth History including anoxia and catastrophic events. The students will get knowledge on new research results and recent developments in scientific research. Students will have access to recent literature and will give short introductory lectures on research topics followed by informal seminar group discussions including guest lecturers from outside the university.

Assessment and permitted materials

Assessment: Presence during the lectures and discussions; preparation and presentation of seminar themes.
