Prüfungsmodalitäten: Schriftliche Abschlussprüfung zum Vorlesungsteil trägt zu 70% der Endnote bei.
Zum Übungsteil werden Präsentationen zu Literaturthemen im Ausmaß von 30% der Endnote beitragen.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Studienziele: Erlernen der Theorie und Kennenlernen von Anwendungen von Beugungsmethoden und spektroskopischen Methoden an Synchrotronquellen. Diese PI Lehvreranstaltung des Typs VO+UE ist für Studierende des Master- und Doktorats-Studiums geignet.
