Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

Im Konversatorium sollen die Studierenden den Einblick in die slowenische Kultur am Beispiel von einigen folkloristischen Motiven und Symbolen bekommen. Im Mittelpunkt werden die Motive aus der slowenischen Volksliteratur (die schöne Vida, der König Matthias, der Königssohn Marko, Kurent, Peter Klepec u. a.) dargestellt, welche auch verschiedene Transformationen in der slowenischen Kunstliteratur (Prešeren, Jurčič, Cankar u. a.) erlebten und zu nationalen Symbolen geworden sind. Die erwähnten Motive und Symbole werden auch vergleichend mit dem südslawischen Raum behandelt.
Von Seiten der Studierenden sind Einzelanalysen der Motive und Symbole vorzustellen.
Methoden: Diskussion, kurze Referate, Interpretation.

Assessment and permitted materials

Aktive Mitarbeit, regelmäßige Anwesenheit, mündliches Referat der TeilnehmerInnen, Textlektüre, eine kurze KO-Arbeit.
