Aims, contents and method of the course

In dieser Lehrveranstaltung wollen wir Formen des authentischen Schreibens analysieren und systematisieren – vom unreflektierten Ego-Dokument bis zur literarischen Strategie der Autofiktion. Wir untersuchen tschechische Texte von der Romantik bis zur Gegenwart, wobei das Gattungsspektrum von Notizen, Tagebüchern und Briefen bis zu autobiographischen oder autofiktionalen erzählenden Genres reicht. Einen besonderen Schwerpunkt bilden die prohibitiven 1850er und 1950er Jahre, der Samizdat der 1970er und 1980er Jahre, die Postmoderne und die neueste tschechische Literatur.

Assessment and permitted materials

Anwesenheit (maximal 3 Absenzen), aktive Mitarbeit, Arbeitsaufträge, kurze Texte, kurze Präsentationen, mündliche Prüfung am Ende des Semesters.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Für eine positive Beurteilung wird die Erfüllung der oben genannten Anforderungen bezüglich der im Lauf des Semesters erarbeiteten Themen und Texte verlangt.

Examination topics

Stoff der Prüfung sind die im Konversatorium erarbeiteten Themen und Texte.

Reading list

Primär- und Sekundärliteratur werden am Beginn des Semesters bekannt gegeben.
