Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
The course aims to promote and deepen understanding of the nature of poetry and its various forms.Individual women poets of the 19th and 20th centuries and their works will be presented and discussed in broad contexts (e.g. versology, national renewal, trends at the turn of the century, Skupina 42, beat generation, underground, exile literature).
Assessment and permitted materials
Attendance (maximum 3 absences), active participation, work assignments, short texts, short presentations, oral examination at the end of the semester.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
For a positive assessment, the fulfilment of the above-mentioned requirements regarding the topics and texts worked on during the semester is required.
Examination topics
The examination will cover the topics and texts covered in the Conversatorium.
Reading list
Primary and secondary literature will be distributed in the course of the semester.
