The orientation internship is intended to enable accompanied practical experience and to provide a structured introduction to school practice based on research in the professional field.
In this sense, the orientation internship and the accompanying courses pursue the following goals:

2. Methods of class observation and class reflection will be worked with and discussed. The students can correctly use and justify these methods in small given exercises.
3. recent findings of learning research and the resulting consequences for the design of teaching, feedback processes and performance assessment will be presented. Students have dealt with these in depth and can explain and make use of them in smaller teaching sequences on a case-by-case basis.
4. mentors accompany the internships in cooperation with the course leaders of the proseminars.
