Aims, contents and method of the course

The focus of this course will be teaching and learning and the prerequisites and consequences of teaching. In addition to content-related input on didactic possibilities, forms of teaching, interaction processes and group dynamics based on empirical findings, the students' experiences are also inquired, discussed and solved together (clarification of terms, literature search, editing of scientific texts, team work, classroom management, examination modalities etc.). In addition to classical learning theories, insights into lessons as well as students' own learning experiences play an important role. For personal reflections of the students' different expectations of your profession will also be in this LV time. Last but not least, this course deals with the professional field of teachers. The contents of the course are worked out through lecture, practical exercises and discussion. Literature on the individual aspects is mentioned in the seminar. Participants are given the opportunity to ask questions between the individual sections. The aim is to deal with the central basic concepts of LV as well as with prescribed literature and independent activity (individually or in a team, study of literature, discussions).
