Students expand their knowledge of the tasks and requirements of the teaching profession. They deepen their understanding of pedagogical professionalism and expertise.
Instruments and methods for the evaluation of own and external teaching are tested in a small empirical study and their possibilities and limits for school and teaching development are examined.Contents:
Questions of professional responsibility, methods of evaluation and reflection of teaching and the acquisition of the necessary competences.
Case work and other formats of "practitioner research" are at the centre. Methods:
Content inputs on the individual topics by the course instructor in tandem with short presentations by the participants; practice in the application of methods for school and teaching development in small empirical studies in supervision and support by the course instructor.
