Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Das Seminar stellt Schule als lernende Organisation in den Mittelpunkt. Ziel soll es sein, die Studierenden mit ihren künftigen Aufgaben als Lehrpersonen auch außerhalb von Unterricht vertraut zu machen. Die Schwerpunktthemen werden in der ersten Seminarsitzung gemeinsam erarbeitet.
Assessment and permitted materials
Prüfungsbedingungen: Protokolle zu den Seminarsitzungen, Referate mit kurzer schriftl. Ausarbeitung. Führen eines "Lerntagebuchs". Mündliche Abschlussprüfung.

Examination topics
Diskussionen im Seminar; Gruppenarbeiten mit Präsentation; Vorstellung individueller Ansätze in Kurzreferaten; Rollenspiel.
