Aims, contents and method of the course

With the increasing popularity of quantum information research, there are numerous exciting up-and-coming branches of both theoretical and experimental research. This upcoming VCQ summer school aims to give an overview for the basics of quantum computing and its experimental realizations and to highlight novel concepts and applications.

Assessment and permitted materials

If you are interested in getting the ECTS points, then the mandatory attendance (80% ) would be requested and short scientific statements about the talks should be prepared.
The registration for the course is also mandatory. You can register online till 24.02.2022.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Understanding of the course material. Knowledge of the key models and experiments related to the research topics. Attendance at summer school.
