Aims, contents and method of the course
The aim of this seminar is to teach skills and competencies that are essential for a successful PhD and to build a strong peer group. PhD candidates will be confronted with the challenges of an early career researcher and reflect and discuss possible coping strategies. In the seminar, PhD candidates will develop and improve their skills in critical thinking and insight, science communication and independence. The seminar is strongly recommended for every CoBeNe PhD candidate but is limited to 30 participants/year. Further information about the registration and the final program will follow in the upcoming weeks.
