Aims, contents and method of the course

The digital seminar provides knowledge and skills in the areas of teaching (Ulrich Ansorge, 12.11, 10:00, Friday), methods (Frank Scharnowski, 22.11., 10:00, Monday), conflict and cooperation (Sabine Pahl, 03.12., 10:00, Friday), networking and running of a lab (Claus Lamm, 13.12, 11:30, Monday), as well as planning of a carreer (Giorgia Silani, 21.01., 9:00, Friday). Experts present and discuss the content with the audience. There will be also a digital social event (25.11, 18:00, Thursday).

Assessment and permitted materials

By individual agreement, e.g. through joint research, collaboration in publications or in third-party funding applications of the chairs.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Two achievements graded at least with CSR-rating "Need for Improvement.
