Aims, contents and method of the course

***Update October 13th 2021: The presentation of Frank Scharnowski on November 22nd will start at 10:00 am rather than at 9:00 am as previously announced. One presentation has been added: On December 3rd, Sabine Pahl will present at 10 am about conflict and cooperation in research. Claus Lamm's presentation on December 13th will start at 11:30 am, rather than at 10 am as announced below. The social event has been scheduled for November 25th, 6 pm.*** The digital seminar provides knowledge and skills in the areas of methods (Frank Scharnowski, 22.10., 9:00, Friday), teaching (Ulrich Ansorge, 12.11, 10:00, Friday), networking and running of a lab (Claus Lamm, 13.12, 10:00, Monday), as well as planning of a carreer (Giorgia Silani, 21.01., 9:00, Friday). Experts present and discuss the content with the audience. There will be also a social event (to be announced).

Assessment and permitted materials

By individual agreement, e.g. through joint research, collaboration in publications or in third-party funding applications of the chairs.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Two achievements graded at least with CSR-rating "Need for Improvement."
