Aims, contents and method of the course

ECTS: 4
This course deals with the different types of variability: geometrical, eruptive and pulsational variations. These will be discussed by linking them to recent scientific results an to their astrophysical applications. The exercises will consist of small projects related to the course; more advanced students will be given the possibility to practice writing a scientific publication.
