Aims, contents and method of the course

This lecture provides basic information about methods of optical spectroscopy (UV-vis, fluorescence, infrared, Raman, circular dichroism, time-resolved techniques), as well as nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR)spectroscopy. It is required for the lab course "Applications of spectroscopic methods in biology" (809735)
