Models of brain functions in a physical way and the difference between biological and technical networks will be explained. In this lecture macroscopic effects such as electric potentials of the neocortex (EEG, fMRI, PET), synchronization in groups of neurons, models of dyslexia, and models of cognitive learning are examined. As a result some effects like the choice of a thought in a biological neural network or the reason of different psychoses can be described in a physical way. The course will end with some philosophical questions.Controlling of the temperature and weight of the body.
