Qualitative and quantitative analysis of foodstuffs, semiluxuries, and beverages (sausage, fat, oil, milk, coffee, wine, honey, juice and chocolate), investigating ingredients, preserving agents, natural and synthetic colourants, enzymes, toxic compounds by different analytical methods following adequate sample preparation
