Beginning with an introduction in systematics under special consideration the ordo "Primates", morphological aspects between the taxa hominidae and pongidae. Variation of the genus Australopithecus - sites, dating, morphology , systematics. Discussion of the phyletic species of Homo habilis; Homo erectus versus Homo ergaster; Homo heidelbergensis and Homo antecesor; Neandertals and Homo sapiens.
