explanation of the commonly used cell culture materials; preparation of growing medium and buffers; sterilisation procedures; self dependent culturing of cells (seeding and splitting of cells, preparation of monolayers, calculation of the cell count, viability, TEER measurements); application of cell cultures in pharmaceutical analysis (binding studies, inhibition, internalisation, transport studies)Prerequisites: none
