The objective of the course is to give the students knowledge of scientific research methods.
The scientific topics comprise the synthesis of anticancer drugs and other biologically active N-heteroaromatic compounds. Furthermore NMR techniques are applied to pharmaceutical compounds.
The diplomandes are trained to use scientific PC-software and chemical data bases and to write scientific papers.Preconditions: Successful completion of all laboratory courses
Examination: Evaluation is based on laboratory work
