Basics of the isolation of plant compounds: qulality of plant material, methods for the drying of fresh material, procedures for the clean-up of plants material, optimization of the extraction, fractionation of plant extracts by different chromatographic methods, final purification of plant compounds, structure elucidation of plant compounds by various chromatographic and spectroscopic methods
