Methods for measuring landscape evolution in uplifting, deforming and eroding regions: GPS, remote sensing and cosmogenic nuclide measurements of neotectonics & landform evolution; active- & palaeo-seismicity; Geochemistry of fluids and diagenesis in shallow seismicity; Climatic and tectonic causes and effects in exhumation and erosion; recent exhumation rates using low-temperature geochronology; Role of ice & water and rates & magnitudes of chemical and mechanical weathering, erosion, and sedimentary transport.
