Contents: M&A is an important field of activity for lawyers and the correct drafting of M&A contracts is an entrepreneurial challenge. This course offers important know-how for drafting contracts to avoid disadvantages. All relevant legal questions concerning M&A contracts, e.g. warranty claims and limitation of liability, will be covered. The keywords are prevention and risk minimization based on a solid contract drafting. It is important to know and identify sources of errors and potential risks and to be safeguarded.
