Aims, contents and method of the course
The course "Introduction to Legal Studies" will provide participants with knowledge concerning the concept of law, its history and theory. At the same time, it offers an introduction to different fields of law, such as Public Law, Private Law, Public International Law, European Union Law and Philosophy of Law. Participants will deepen their knowledge through lectures, presentations and group work, as well as engage in discussion with their lecturers and peers. This will create the basis necessary to fruitfully participate in the joint courses.
