    Aims, contents and method of the course

    Aims: Introduction to International Banking & Finance Law
    Contents: This lecture covers the main principles of international banking and finance law from a practical perspective. Following a general introduction about banking and finance from the legal perspective, we take a closer look on the legal conditions on financial markets.
