Aims: Introduction to EU IP Law

The course EU IP law discusses the function, evolution, legal bases and prospects of IP protection in the internal market. While acquainting participants with the substantive and procedural rules of the most important IP regimes, the focus lies on the EU perspective in terms of integration dynamics and questions of EU law.
