Aims, contents and method of the course
Die Studierenden besitzen grundlegende Kenntnisse zur Durchführung einer Medikationsanalyse vom Typ 3. Sie kennen die gängigen Methoden zur Ermittlung klinischer Parameter und können Befunde und Entlassungsberichte interpretieren und mit Patient*innen im Sinne der Erhöhung einer Adhärenz kommunizieren.
Assessment and permitted materials
Anwesenheit, Mitarbeit, Abgabe und Bewertung der Aufgabe(n) fließen in die Benotung mit ein.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Die Beurteilung erfolgt basierend auf folgenden grundlegenden und gleichwertigen Leistungsteilen: Aktive Beiträge (Mitarbeit, Präsentation), Hausarbeiten und Abschlussarbeit
