Aims, contents and method of the course
Legal nature and institutional framework of the European Union; sources of EU law; relationship between EU law and national law; enforcement of EU law; legal forms of economic integration; four fundamental economic freedoms of the European Internal Market (free movement of goods, services, persons, and capital).Students will receive a concise introduction to the legal system of the European Union and the legal framework of the European Internal Market with regard to its four fundamental economic freedoms.
