The course partly builds on the content of the lectures "VU Betriebliche Mitbestimmung" and "VU Überbetriebliche Mitbestimmung".earning Outcome:
By the end of this course, students will be able to explain the Austrian system of collective labor law in English and engage in discussions about its key aspects. By revision of content that has already been covered in other German lectures, this course aims to ensure both, an increased confidence in discussing these topics in English as well as a deeper understanding of the subject.
