    Aims, contents and method of the course

    Primär sollen die wesentlichen rechtlichen Rahmenbedingung der gerichtlichen und behördlichen Streitaustragung und Konfliktlösung erarbeitet, vermittelt und in der Anwendung durchgespielt bzw durchdiskutiert werden. Dies betrifft insb das arbeitsgerichtliche Verfahren (einschließlich kollektiver Feststellungsverfahren), mögliche Vorlageverfahren beim EuGH, das Verfahren vor den Schlichtungsstellen sowie vor den Verwaltungsstrafbehörden. Zusätzlich werden auch die Mechanismen der außergerichtlichen und innerbetrieblichen Konfliktlösung aufgearbeitet, einschließlich Vergleichsverhandlungen und -strategien und Mediation.
