Aims, contents and method of the course

Aims: Introduction to principles of European and International Restructuring and Insolvency Law
Contents: Principles of insolvency, principles of cross-border insolvency, sources of international insolvency law (UNCITRAL, EU law), restructuring and business rescue

Assessment: Oral or written exam
