Aims, contents and method of the course

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
To provide a deeper understanding of the different dimensions of intercultural communication in both theoretical and practical perspective. To provide the skills to analyse the forms of intercultural communication drawing on both personal experiences and written sources with a focus on the Austrian context .
Examination topics
Very interactive, short theoretical inputs followed by activities, critical incidents, role plays using state-of-the-art training tools.This workshop takes place in cooperation with IST Austria.
