Examination topics
Content of the lecture as a whole; the presentation used and successively put online is an integral part of the lecture, as are materials published on moodle and files labelled there as compulsory or "required" reading.
Assessment and permitted materials
An examination in English must be arranged separately. The correct canon law terminology must also be used in English.
The examination takes place as an oral attendance examination (3 questions, 15 min). A current edition of the CIC will be provided. If attendance examinations are not possible due to university regulations, the examination will take place digitally.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
The examination comprises three questions from the entire subject area of the lecture. For a positive performance, all three questions must be assessed positively.
A “very good” performance means the ability to critically apply the course material to specific questions. Simply listing key words is not sufficient.
