The subject matter of the examination will be the content covered in the lecture and in the workshop.
Assessment and permitted materials
There will be a written exam at the end of the semester. This will consist of 5 open-ended questions to be answered in essay style.

Students are not expected to be able to reproduce the entire Hegelian philosophy of law in detail, but are expected to have a basic understanding of the central concepts of the Hegelian text as well as the Hegelian way of thinking.
